Workouts today and tomorrow will only consist of core exercises. I will eat clean of course and hydrate, and carb load tomorrow night in prep for Thursday morning. But I am going to give my shoulders a break. They are pretty sore from yesterday's workouts. I need all soreness gone by Thursday, as I know I am going to be wrecked for a few days AFTER Thursday lol!

Hey Everyone!
This
Thursday I will be attempting another long session. This time 6-8 hours.
I am not going for a specific number, just as many as I can get. This
is another trial to see what my pace needs to be. I am thinking of
pacing this session at 900 hr 1, 600 hr 2, 900 hr 3, 600 hr 4...get it?
At that pace I will easily break the 12 hour record, when August 28/29
arrives. I think this will be a sustainable pace over a long duration
too. That is what this Thursday is all about :-)
I will begin at 8:30am Thursday at RoundKick Gym. My doors are open
for anyone who wants to stop in and check it out. I won't have time to
chat lol, but feel free to take pics and video and share it to get the
word out. My YouCaring link to
donate for Boys & Girls Clubs is http://www.youcaring.com/boys-girls-clubs-of-america-372052
This far, to recap my progress: My first Hour session last month was 913 burpees. A week later I did 935. Then another week later I did 1000 in the hour. Last Friday I tries a longer session. My plan was to go for 3 hours and do 900 per hour. Well I was successful in getting 2700 in 3 hours of Burpee time, but with some breaks it ended up being 4 hours 20 minutes actual clock time. That is still a record breaking pace, but I want to improve that lol!
This Thursday will be my only other long session. All the rest of the training will consist of normal strength/stamina training and daily burpees in smaller amounts. Part of Thursday is to also track my hydration, nutrition, and overall energy levels, as well as my heart rate.
Alright, More blog to follow, after Thursday:-)
